In PowerPark, you can have a successful meeting day and relaxing moments with the enjoyable activities and, naturally, catering. PowerPark’s meeting facilities serve both small and large groups.
We are happy to tailor your meeting package in accordance with your individual needs. Familiarise yourself with the ready-made meeting packages, with which you can organise your meeting easily and effortlessly. We also offer meetings that include accommodation; in Park Hotel Härmä, Rio Grande apartments or PowerPark’s quality cottages. Remember to also request an offer for sauna rental. PowerPark has sauna facilities for up to 25 people.
Meeting packages
Coffee meeting, price 11.00 €/person (minimum of 6 people).

Cobra meeting package, price 21 €/person (minimum of 6 people).

– 1 x home cooked lunch from the buffet in the Boulevard Bistro restaurant (Road House shopping centre).
Booster meeting package, price 28 €/person (minimum of 6 people).
– 1 x morning coffee and pastry.
– 1 x home cooked lunch from the buffet in the Boulevard Bistro restaurant (Road House shopping centre).
– 1 x afternoon coffee and pastry.
Lunch meeting, price 15 €/person (minimum of 6 people).
– 1 x home cooked lunch in the Boulevard Bistro restaurant (Road House shopping centre).
Junker meeting package, price 26 €/person (minimum of 30 people).
– 1 x coffee and pastry in the morning or afternoon.
– 1 x home cooked lunch in the Park Hotel Härmä restaurant (the restaurant operates as a restaurant for private events outside the summer season).
Pegasus meeting package, price 32 €/person (minimum of 30 people).
– 1 x morning coffee and pastry.
– 1 x home cooked lunch in the Park Hotel Härmä restaurant (the restaurant operates as a restaurant for private events outside the summer season).
– 1 x afternoon coffee and pastry.
The prices of all meeting packages include the meeting space rent, ordinary AV equipment and WLAN.
If you wish, you can order meeting catering, for example,

PowerPark’s meeting facilities
Bistro Cabinet
Bistro Cabinet is located in connection with the Road House shopping centre is an excellent venue for meetings of 20–28 people. This meeting room is especially popular due to its beautiful interior design and perfect location. The restaurant and cafe services of the Road House shopping centre are located under the same roof. Powerful soundproofing keeps the shopping centre sounds outside the meeting room. On your way home, you can grab delicacies from Bakery Voilá or from the cheese and fish counter for the evening.
Platina
The multi-use meeting space Platina at the Palace Areena is an excellent venue for meetings of 20–36 people. After the meeting, it is easy to turn on your free time mindset as, for example, the sauna facilities are located in the same premises. It’s also easy to access the indoor karting track and dressing room at the Palace Areena from Platina. Platina’s sauna facilities offer a comfortable venue to continue the evening with great food and company. Remember to also request an offer from our sauna rental menu.
Silver
Silver is a space for small groups at the Palace Areena which is well suited for small meetings or to be used as a group work space in connection with a meeting arranged in Platina. Silver fits 8 people. It’s also easy to access the indoor karting track and dressing room at the Palace Areena from Platina. Platina’s sauna facilities on the second floor can used at the end of the meeting or other activities. Remember to also request an offer from our sauna rental menu.
Bear
Meeting room Bear is located at the heart of PowerPark, by Park Hotel Härmä. These comfortable and intimate surroundings next to the hotel fountain are suitable for meetings of 10–12 people.
Magnum Theatre
The 138-seat Magnum Theatre at the Palace Areena offers a high-quality venue for more demanding seminar needs. The Magnum Theatre is excellent for different presentations or lectures and its unique indoor design inspires and cheers everyone up during the long meeting day. It is possible to show a 5D movie (duration 10–15 min.) in connection with the presentation. This seminar is one to remember! The seats of the theatre move with the movie’s special effects making the viewers feel like they are part of the story.
