Do you have the courage to rise to the pinnacle of Finlands’s highest ride? But there is even more to it. It takes a lot of nerve to brave a descent by sheer gravity in mere seconds! Are you ready?
PowerPark’s addition from 2012 requires guts and courage. The Dragon Tower has a 24-seat disc that circles the tower ascending to a height of 75 metres. Then it stops at the pinnacle while riders anxiously wait for the drop. When the disc plummets, a seat section of this incredibly high tower can reach a speed of almost 23 metres per second. Only for the brave!
The Dragon Tower also doubles as an observation tower. At those times, it circles slowly up to its maximum height, and then gently back down, providing a breath-taking view of the surrounding area without the tension of a sudden drop. Still, don’t look down!
Height requirement: 130 cm.
Accessibility: The ride has entrance and exit ramps. It takes a little climbing to get on the ride.
The ride is not recommended for people with cardiovascular or musculoskeletal disorders, back problems, high blood pressure or if you are pregnant.
